The first National Congress of arrhitmologists was held in the capital of Siberia — Novosibirsk. It was organized by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and Academician E.N. Meshalkin Novosibirsk State Research Institute of Circulation Pathology. Active participants in developing and implementing the scientific program of the congress were the European Heart Association (European Society of Cardiology), the European Heart Rhythm Association (European Heart Rhythm Association), Arrhythmology Association (Heart Rhythm Society).
